This video, though only a sampler not intended for training, has convinced me to strive to be a more accountable and responsible, happy and productive mortgage debt collector. The only thing I can change is myself, after all.

what would mr. qbq say to the common enough experience of a middle/lower tier person's competence costing them their job b/c of the screw-ups of upper management? what does he say about the uppers totally screwing the US & global economy?

i hadn't listened to one of these lickspittles in quite a while. thanks for the early a.m. nausea.
