Let me first say that while I (obviously) usually side with the entrepreneur, this is one case where I favor labor; I think that with these new regulations, the Bush administration is shortchanging a lot of working people.

So does this mean that:
A) the Republicans are assuming Bush won't be re-elected and are therefore cramming as many obnoxious laws and exec orders in before he gets kicked out ,
B) they have the election so well rigged that they don't need to worry about public opinion, or
C) they figure that Americans are so stupid, ignorant , and manipulatible that given enough tv commercials we could be brainwashed into voting for a box of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda?
