Bill Moyers interviewed Bill Gates, Sr and Chuck Collins in January 2003 about their book objecting to Congress getting rid of the inheritance tax. This link reminded me of that, and so I was just looking at the transcript for that interview.

It turns out that I was right on target to be reminded of it, because Chuck Collins was the founder of Responsible Wealth. :-)
